The clinic is located on Williams Street, the main road through Kaiapoi township and is easy to spot by the signage. It is set back from the road with a spacious carpark at the front of the building, and we have a wheelchair access ramp into the clinic

Online booking
Simply use our book now link to choose a convenient time for your appointment. You can select which vet you would prefer to see when they are available. If you need an appointment within 24 hours or it is an emergency, then please contact the clinic directly by phone.
Prescription and food orders online
Does your pet need more of their prescription medication or food? Can’t find the time to pop in or call? No problem! Click on the link below to email us your prescriptions and food orders at any time of day or night and we will get it sorted for you and text you when it is ready to collect.
Please include in your email:
your name
your pets name
the specific food or drugs you require
the amount you require
their current dosage
And it never hurts to let us know how they’re doing!
Please allow 48 hours for all food and medication requests. If you need medication urgently then please contact the clinic directly and we will try and accommodate you.
