From the moment you make that first phone call to us, our aim is to make sure you feel safe and welcome. We have picked a team that will greet you with a smile, give your dog a treat, ask how your family is, and give you a hug on the tough days.
At Marshall and Pringle, we recognise that you know your pet best and so we will listen to your concerns. We have chosen to prioritise our time with you and your pet. Our standard 30-minute consults allow you to discuss your pet’s care at greater length, and for your pet to relax. Building trust with your pet allows us to perform more thorough and calm physical examinations. Nothing says ‘relaxed’ more than a waggy dog climbing up for treats, or a cat happily sprawled on the bench purring!
Our vets have autonomy to work with you to get the best outcome for your pet, with no rigid sales templates to follow, or targets to meet. Your pet’s care is discussed with you and tailored to your personal situation.
