The clinic is located on William’s Street, the main road through Kaiapoi township and is easy to spot by the signage. It is set back from the road with a spacious carpark at the front of the building, and we have a wheelchair access ramp into the clinic

Simply use our book now link to choose a convenient time for your appointment. You can select which vet you would prefer to see when they are available. If you need an appointment within 24 hours or it is an emergency, then please contact the clinic directly by phone.

Prescription and food orders online
Does your pet need more of their prescription medication? Can’t find the time to pop in or call? No problem! Fill in the form and we will get it sorted for you and text you when it is ready to collect.
Please allow 48 hours for all food and medication requests. If you need medication urgently then please contact the clinic directly and we will try and accommodate you.
