Vaccinations

Preventing fatal infectious diseases is simple Your Vets

Many serious infectious diseases of pets can be prevented by vaccination.

Vaccination is an inexpensive protection against costly treatment or even premature death. Boarding catteries and kennels require your pet to have been vaccinated prior to entry.

When should I vaccinate?

As soon as you get a new kitten or puppy it should be vaccinated.

Marshall and Pringle Petmed recommend a series of vaccinations to guard your new pet through its most vulnerable early months of life. Please contact the clinic for advice on vaccination programs for your pet.

Diseases your pet can be vaccinated against:

Cats:

  • Feline Enteritis
  • Feline Upper Respiratory Disease (Snuffles)
  • Feline Aids (FIV)

Dogs:

  • Canine Infectious Hepatitis
  • Canine Distemper
